EXPLORATION

IT’S TIME FOR

LEFKAS

& THE SOUTH IONIAN

Starting from Lefkas, get ready to explore the not so well-discovered - and therefore, not so crowded - Ionian.

Despite the fame of Ithaka and Cephalonia, the crystal clear waters of Meganisi and the authenicity of Kastos and Kalamos, this still remains an itinerary, off the beaten track.

ITINERARY

Saturday: MEGANISI

WELCOME ABOARD! We will welcome you on your yacht at 1700, have a nice welcoming glass of bubbly and a snack and then we head off immediately for Meganisi, where we will be spending the night in an idyllic natural harbour. Perfect place for an introduction to the wonderful greek island life, with a wonderful meal at a local taverna.

Sunday: ITHAKA

We wake up, have our nice breakfast and head off to one of the most spectacular, uninhabited islands you 'll ever encounter. White cliffs, from where you can jump in deep, blue waters and enjoy a snorkel. We have our lunch and then head off for a nice sail to Ithaka, land of Odysseus. It may have taken him 20 years to get back, but now you will know why he never gave up!

Monday: KEFALONIA

Leaving Ithaka in the morning, and heading off to a swimming spot and then an anchorage where we spend most of our day snorkelling around, having lunch and chill. And then we head to a fishing town in Kefalonia for a night at a place where life moves a bit slower. Awesome restaurants around and a couple of bars, if you like a drink out.

Tuesday: KEFALONIA

Kefalonia is quite a big island; so to explore it properly, we dedicate two nights here, at different places. We will of course have our mandatory day on anchor, swimming and chilling. And then we would head on to another spectacular village a bit earlier, to allow time to explore a bit. Rent a scooter, walk around, day at the spa. You decide! :)

Wednesday: SYVOTA

On our 5th day onboard we plan to visit Syvota. A wonderful little natural harbour village, with a plethora of restaurants and bars. Before heading there, expect a stop at one of the most wonderful spots ever. We will keep it as a surprise, since we have two options. May the weather, be in our favour!

Thursday: SECRET ANCHORAGE

Now, that is why we love this job. Having a yacht and visiting a harbour every night is good fun; but what about a night under the clear sky, just looking at the stars above and mesmerise? Beware, you may become addicted to it, even by doing it once!

Friday: LEFKAS

This is our last day sailing. We wake up in the morning for breakfast and a short swim and then we head of to another anchorage for some more swimming and chilling until lunch. We head back to Lefkas before sunset, where we will spend our last night onboard. Lefkas is the ideal size of a town for a stroll and has thebusiest nightlife in the area.

Saturday: LEFKAS

Time to say goodbye... Check out at 0900. Yes, this is the hardest part of the trip; for all of us. We may say goodbye to this magnificent land, yet the memories from this experience, would live with us forever. With one last promise...

UNTIL NEXT TIME!! :)
